Shipping

We will make every effort and take every care to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

We'll try to dispatch orders, that are placed on workingdays before 17.00 (GMT +1) , on that very same day.

We can't guarentee that. Sometimes products can be out of stock and then the delivery can take somewhat longer.

We strive to have products that are in stock on your doorstep within 3 - 5 workdays.

If, for any reason, your shipment is delayed. we'll contact you as soon as possible to inform you about it. 

The prices mentioned in the webshop are exclusive of the shippingcosts.

Shipping cost vary based on your country and chosen shipping method.

If you choose FedEx for example, the most current shippingcosts will be calculated on the fly. 

Other carriers have fixed prices.

Delivery will be carried out by either PostNL, DPD or FedEx. 

We can't guarentee the delivery time, but we will send you track&trace details.

For deliveries outside the European Union, you may have to pay extra duties or taxes.

This depends on the rules of your country and are extra costs that we don't have any control over.

Returns

As an ( European ) consumer you have 14 days to evaluate your order.

You have the right to cancel and return the order without stating a reason within those 14 days.  

When you want to return your ordered product(s), please contact us to let us know. 

When cancelling your order you have another 14 days to return the products.  

You must pay the shipping costs yourself when returning the products.

If you want to take advantage of your right to return then you must send us the whole product -with all it's extra's - in the original packaging and state. 

We will refund the whole purchase amount within 14 days of recieving your cancellation only after we recieved the returned goods. 

If the products, or the packaging, are damaged beyond what you may reasonable expect, we can charge you for the amount of depreciation.

So please take good care of the products and make sure to package them well before sending them back. 

Guarantee

If you did open the products in your order and you have experienced problems with them or there is something missing for instance, then we are talkig about a guarentee issue.

In that case, please contact us and we'll try to fix it to your satisfactory.

Most of our products are used for smoking and in most cases get in contact with the mouth, or extreme heat, for instance.

That's why, after use,  we can't accepted these as returns because of hygienic and practical reasons. 
 

Excange Products ?

Do you want to excange your ordered product(s) ? That's no problem. Contact us within 60 days of recieving your product(s) and we can see what we can do for you.

You'll have to pay for shipping yourself, though. 

I entered the wrong delivery address !

Accidently entered the wrong delivery address ? Contact us as soon as possible so we can try and change it for you.
